Brian Bruni – Owner and Chief Experience Officer (CEO)

Hailing from upstate NY, Brian’s journey through the restaurant and bar world has been a wild one—starting as a dishwasher and climbing all the way to Area Director. With over 20 years of experience (and countless cocktails shaken), he knows his way around a bar like nobody else.

Pour Choices Mobile Bar began as a passion project of Megan Hill in Idaho back in 2020, and Brian decided Arizona needed a taste of the fun. Now, we’re able to make sure every event in Arizona and Idaho are stocked with amazing bartenders, epic drinks, and a few unforgettable “pour choices.” Because, let’s be honest—he’s been making those since day one.

When not helping to sling drinks, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling to new destinations, sports, hunting and through any landscape around. Whether it’s scaling a mountain or discovering hidden gems in the valleys, Brian believes adventure is the best way to recharge. He’s proof a balance of great drinks and great adventures leads to a life well-lived. Cheers to making memories both behind the bar and out in the wild!
