Can we hire a bartender for an indoor event?

Absolutely! Whether you’re hosting a celebration at home, a private venue, or a corporate space, we’ve got you covered.

We offer professional bartending services, stylish portable bars, and our signature mobile trailer bar. If your location already has a bar setup, we can simply send one of our amazing bartenders. Our packages are flexible and can be customized to suit any space or guest count.

Am I required to leave a deposit?

Yes. To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note that $250 of this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to your event.

Idaho Liquor payments must be made in full to Indian Creek Steakhouse 45 days prior to your event. 

What is your refund policy?

Full refund – if canceled more than 60 days before the event.

50% refund – if canceled between 45–60 days before the event.

No refund – if canceled less than 45 days before the event.

What are the dimensions of your bars?

Mobile Trailer Bar:
15′ long, 7′ wide x 7′ tall. Our trailer can fit into backyards with RV or gate access, garages, venue spaces or business spaces.

Portable Bars:
5′ Wide x 2′ Deep x 4′ High – Ideal for smaller or indoor setups.

Already have a bar at your location? We’re happy to provide a bartender without the need for any additional bar setup.

What is your mobilization fee?

If your event is being held in Ada County or Canyon Country there is no charge for travel. We frequently travel to McCall, Sun Valley, and beyond.

We would be happy to speak with you about your venue location and arrange getting our team and the party to you.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured with general liability coverage.

Who provides the alcohol for my event?

Unless your venue is at a private residence or property, per Idaho Law, all alcohol must be provided through an Idaho Liquor Licensee.

All our alcohol is provided through Indian Creek Steakhouse and we have multiple options for beer, wine or liquor packages. This can include hosted alcohol, cash bar or a combination of both to accommodate for your specific budget.

During our consultation, we’ll help you craft a specific menu and provide all the mixers and garnishes so you can relax and enjoy your event stress free! 

How many people can one bartender service?

To keep service smooth and wait times low, we recommend one bartender for every 50 guests.

For events with 100 or more guests, we require a minimum of two bartenders to maintain consistency and ensure your guests are served promptly throughout the event.

Larger guest counts or complex menus may require additional staff – something we’ll review with you during your consultation.

Do your bartenders have attire requirements?

Our bartenders wear branded “Pour Choices” shirts as our standard uniform. Want us to match your event theme? No problem – just let us know and we’ll coordinate the attire accordingly.
