Is the per-person charge a one-time fee or per hour?

Does the per-person charge include bartenders?

No, bartenders are billed separately at $50 per bartender, per hour. Events with 100+ guests require 2 bartenders.

What if we rent a mobile bar or trailer?

Mobile Bar rentals are $300 per day; Trailer Bar rentals are $600 per day. Bartender setup and breakdown time will be billed separately.

What are the dimensions of your bars?

Mobile Trailer Bar:
27′ long, 7′ wide x 7′ tall. Great for backyards, shops, event venues – anywhere we can park or back in.

Portable Bars:
4′ Wide x 2′ Deep x 4′ High – Ideal for smaller or indoor setups.

Already have a bar at your location? We’re happy to provide a bartender without the need for any additional bar setup.

What’s included in the per-person charge?

All cups, ice, straws, napkins, equipment, non-alcoholic mixers (based on your package), garnishes, and full dry bar service support are included.

Is there a guest minimum?

Yes, we require a minimum of 50 guests to book any drink package.

Can we adjust our package or guest count after booking?

Absolutely! Your final guest count and package level can be adjusted up to 45-30 days before your event prior to paying your final invoice.

How does the mocktail add-on work?

For an additional $2-$4 per person (depending on guest count), we would;; craft two signature non-alcoholic cocktails with fresh ingredients.

Does the Photo Booth Add-On include an attendant?

No attendant is required! Our Photo Booth is self-service with a mounted iPad and bright ring light. Guests can easily text, email, or AirDrop their photos.

Is alcohol included?

In Arizona, you are responsible for supplying the beer, wine and spirits – but we make the process easy. We supply everything else needed to serve it beautifully and professionally!

We’ll help you design a custom drink menu during your consultation and provide a detailed shopping list of what you’ll need. 

Additionally:

• We hold a delivery license, so if you purchase alcohol in bulk, we can handle pickup and delivery straight to your event.

• We offer exclusive wine club-level discounts through our partnering vendors – perfect for clients looking to elevate their bar experience and save on premium selections.

We’ll also provide all mixers and garnishes, so you can relax and enjoy your event stress-free.

Do you help us design the drink menu?

Yes! We’ll work with you to design your drink selections based on your package choice and preferred mixers or premium options.

Can we hire a bartender for an indoor event?

Absolutely! Whether you’re hosting a celebration at home, a private venue, or a corporate space, we’ve got you covered.

We offer professional bartending services, stylish portable bars, and our signature mobile trailer bar. If your location already has a bar setup, we can simply send one of our amazing bartenders. Our packages are flexible and can be customized to suit any space or guest count.

Am I required to leave a deposit?

Yes. To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note that $250 of this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to your event.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund – if canceled more than 60 days before the event.

50% refund – if canceled between 45–60 days before the event.

No refund – if canceled less than 45 days before the event.

What is your mobilization fee?

We do not charge a mobilization for events within Arizona – unless your event location is outside of the 101, 202, or 303 freeway loops.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured with general liability coverage.

Do your bartenders have attire requirements?

Our bartenders wear branded “Pour Choices” shirts as our standard uniform. Want us to match your event theme? No problem – just let us know and we’ll coordinate the attire accordingly.
